My Client is an established recruitment organisation, where you will have the support of an amazing and driven Manager who has a passion for recruitment and a knowledge of the area that is second to none!

Responsibilities:

• Using initiative to create new business - either industrial or commercial (other sectors considered)
• Conduct targeted business development
• Engage with business clients and candidates on a regular basis
• Attend Client meetings
• Source suitable candidates for specific vacancies via innovative methods
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Achieve agreed targets and KPIs

The successful Candidate will have a minimum of 18 months experience within a similar role, and a track record of making either temporary or permanent placements.

In return my Client will pay a basic salary up to £35K, plus commission, car allowance and benefits - depending upon experience. UK Driving licence and access to a car is essential to fulfil this role.
